Returns & Refunds – Keepsake Candles
We want you to love your candle as much as we loved making it.
Because each of our pieces is hand-poured and made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges on used or custom items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re simply not satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Our Return & Refund Policy:
✔ Damaged or defective items:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
✔ Wrong item or missing items:
Oops happens. If you received the wrong candle or something’s missing, email us at angelajeffers@icloud.com and we’ll fix it.
❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Used candles
- Custom or refill orders
- Items purchased on clearance

- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we’ll send return instructions or your refund.
